Concept

1. Planning & Discussion Phase

Trainer and Customer reach mutual agreement about:

Result of the training.
Content and set-up of the course.
Way of working.
Circumstances.

During discussion we also learn about:

Your company and organization.
Magnitude of the training request

Reason for the training request
(e.g. solving a problem or preparing for a change).

Educational level of the participants.

2. Execution Phase

Preparation of final program
Make and/or develop parts of the study material
Arrange when needed other aspects, like accommodation.

The courses consist of three major parts:

 The Theory
 Reflection to one’s own situation
 Participants idea’s for improvement

3. Post-Training Support Phase

A major part of the education process starts after the course. Often operational work prohibits participants to fully use the educational points of the training sessions. To avoid the waste of knowledge we propose the following:

We help the participant to work out the improvement ideas in project plans.

Participants present the approved ideas to Management .
Management reviews progress made during the execution of the projects.
During projects our trainer can give guidance to the project leaders/members.
After project completion, our trainer can help in the evaluation.
Regular audits of our trainers can guarantee that the result is permanent.

Also look at our course suggestions.
