Stumbling blocks

It is manifestly clear that the sharing of information is necessary. Nevertheless, as much as 95% of workers still required to be improved on that. However, they experience a number of stumbling blocks in themselves and others, such as:

  • insufficient time
  • inadequate awareness of the need
  • no commitment
  • no incentives
  • a closed corporate culture
  • a vertical organization
  • lack of understanding
